Unfortunately, this deck is quite weak with important Azorius cards missing, and the draw power requires you to work around specific requirements that often aren't worth it

This restriction isnt a problem at all, since when you cast a creature spell, if three or more mana spent for it came from a creature, you draw a card

I guess the good news is that x is one of the best possible bases for a 5-color deck
