If there is a possibility of being broken, it might be through "Appointer of the Red Lotus" chained to "Super Polymerization" to bring out Earth Golem, or "Appointer" chained to "Red Reboot" into "Ra Sphere Mode," or drawing two copies of "Ra Sphere Mode." However, even if your board is broken, if Phantazm remains in the Pendulum Zone, you can retrieve "Majesty Pegasus" on the following turn and re-summon Ignister Prominence to rebuild your board, and even in a resource war, you can fight semi-permanently as long as Phantazm and Ignister Prominence are not banished
They may be good in very specific or very niche situations but you would almost never seriously consider putting them in a competitive deck
