There are several great Commanders that play to this strategy

Given that Enchanted cards were already scarce, with them only found at the rare of 1 in every 72 packs, its not hard to see why the Iconic cards have immediately become more valuable

However, there's always a danger of purchasing a shrink-wrapped box that looks new but has been opened and repackaged without any valuable cards
