While I do have my concerns about the scaling of this card I think it is very suitable for both aggressive decks and control decks

He may be nearly twice the price of Atraxa, but green/black decks can easily ramp or reanimate him out early on

2 Senator Peacock One of the more interesting legendary creatures to come from the Clue Edition game, Senator Peacock takes all your artifacts and turns them into Clues, giving them a new ability to let you pay two mana and sacrifice it to draw a card, like a regular Clue token

Later in the game you should be able to pay the escape cost, especially if you have any amount of self-mill (dredge, Im looking at you)

If you want a more devious way to build Kelsien, slap on him a Thornbite Staff, which lets you untap Kelsien each time a creature goes to the graveyard

It's only one color, so you can slot it into probably any Elemental deck (you better be playing Green!)
